It was a painful purchase, not only being the first for us but the seller had a lot to fix up to meet FHA guidelines. Regardless, Jen stayed on top of them, communicated with us almost daily for about 2 or 3 months before closing finally came.Two years later, after working on landscaping and some small upgrades to the home, we contacted Jen again to sell. She never made us sign a contract on either occasion and told us, if we dont like her, she wants us to able to work with someone that's a better fit, no strings attached. But, she exceeded all of our expectations and we got a full price offer in just a couple weeks on the market. If we buy again in Deschutes county, we'll call Jen first. I'd recommend her to even the most experienced buyers, as her knowledge is just incomparable, and her response time is quick and honest. We are so very thankful!!!
